Following the writting of my report “Bénéfice Santé d’une consommation modérée de vin chez l’Homme Saint‘’
(‘’Healh Benefit of moderate consumption of wine for an healthy person’’).
I wanted to create a special Cuvée which combines a high level of concentration of polyphenol as well as
preserving the high level of quality in term of flavour and aromas.
